I had the honor of capturing these images whilst doula-ing for this incredible couple as they welcomed their firstborn at Health Foundations Birthing Center this April.

Maria showed unwavering strength and diligence as she brought her baby earthside, and Reggie’s constant support and love really shone through the entire labor. They both worked so hard and their baby is so lucky to have such incredible parents. The team of Health Foundations were also so supportive and caring. One of Maria’s midwives midwife and founder of the birth center Amy Johnson-Grass was kind enough to take some pictures, so I’m actually in one of them. ;)

Thank you so much Maria and Reggie for having me play a role at welcoming your baby. I am so glad he’s here and wish you all the utmost joy and happiness.
